The Management Committee consists of five members nominated and elected at the Annual General meeting. The term of the members of the Management Committee is one year. The Management Committee elects a chair and a treasurer. All members of ACE may send representatives to Management Committee meetings.

Objectives

To manage the business operation of ACE to include:

• relations with the Value-Added Network
• fiscal responsibility
• marketing and sales
• provider relations
